CityZen Care is a citizen awarness application, allowing users in distress to notify, in one click, their location to nearby users, so they can get helped.

To use CityZen Care, you must create a CityZen Care account. We use account informations to identify superheroes and victims more easily, in reality. It also allows us to control and treat abuses.

Once connected, the application starts to save your position, so you can be helped and help people around you at any time.

When necessary, you can use the "Help" and "Emergency" in the "Map" tab. The "Help" button allows you to send an alert indicating its type, and adding a message (eg, "Im down car").
The "Emergency" button is used in case of imminent danger, leaving you no time to give details. An alert is sent immediately to nearby users.

Once connected to CityZen Care the first time, at any moment, even if you do not think to launch the application, you can receive an alert from another user in need. A notification will appear on your phone (like for a text message, as example). By clicking above, the application will launch and display the alert on a map. You can view the details, show on map a route to the person in trouble, or possibly report abuse. Any user counting too much abuses will be banned from service.

Upon receiving an alert, use common sense. Often, the mere fact that you witnessed the scene deters malicious people to act. Do not hesitate to intervene more, whenever possible ... do not we say unity is strength?

Awarness, solidarity and citizenship among citizens.
